It was after meeting media extraordinaire, Oprah Winfrey in 2006 that Lilou Mace discovered her vocation. Like Oprah, Lilou aspired to connect with inspiring people and share their stories with a wider audience. Having launched her YouTube channel later that year, it took less than 12 months to reach her first million video views on Youtube.  

Since then Lilou has co-founded the hugely successful 100 Day Reality Challenge, runs events worldwide, shares coaching driven videos and is the author of multiple books covering self development and most recently the practice and ritual of the yoni egg to heal from within.
